It's a service industry, I understand that. But it's not like they're being paid $18 an hour.
I think $200 an hour is probably at least relatively close to what most of us make.

Yeah.. this is an interesting one..
Some gals have pimps and get a small cut of the cash or in some cases none if the pimp is paying living expenses... I can see tipping in this case and have succumb to this.
For others that are solo, at $200 there should be a disclaimer that tax and gratuities are included UNLESS they are traveling and bearing a lot of expense.
Either way $150 - 300 / hr is good cash for any profession.. I'd rather pay one flat rate rather than try to guess how they are directly benefiting from the donation. I've been pretty generous with the tips over the last few years but am reigning it in moving forward.
