Yeah ...

See the SS fucks with your head. It's so AWESOME you REALLY WANT it to be safe - so your mind starts "rationalizing" ... this is how the DICK enters the brain to corrupt logical thinking! LOL

EDIT: At the very least ... doing this thing where you STOP prior to reaching the male glans is what we'd call in the military "close order drill". And you don't ever want to do that - especially if you're not used to it!! That's some pretty PRECISE maneuvering required!

many do......especially regulars.

Edit: the only way to not share germs is to not go behind closed doors. But i have to believe covering up has to go a long way in preventing cross contamination.

i assume u talkin' to me.

All of the above and more.

Men have told me.

Providers have told me.

I've been offered verbally.

I've been offered by body language....generally pretty obvious.

Honestly, there are some I'd like to....and would if it was just me.

But as long as I'm going home and sharing a bed with my SO, I can't do it. I'm already in the running for Sinner of the Decade, and I've got my neck stickin' out farther than a turtle approaching the Finish Line.

what we do is not safe. Condoms are not 100%.

STD's can live in the general genital area.

Lets talk about what we are worried about:

AIDS: Required blood level fluid exchange. Not a risk in a good SS

Herpes: A SKIN INFECTION At risk behaviors include: BBBJ, DATY, any genital uncovered contact. Yes, technically, its viral, blood born. HOWEVER, it causes blistering - which is how its spread. Its easier to see on a penis or on a vagina - so it is less likely to be spread in a SS then in bare back (b/c you can't see in a penis and can't see in a vagina (well, without tools and a bright light....)

Clap/Drip, etc - most bacterial infections: Are really not a major concern to most here. If you get it - take a pill or a shot and its cured - no long term side effects. Transmission requires exchange of fluids containing the pathogen. Risks would be infecting a SO before you realize that you are infected, requiring you to blame "that dirty toilet at work" or some such nonsense. Some risk in SS - her fluids, your skin - lots of rubbing - fractional tears in your skin. Well before you feel "raw".

Crabs: Well, most everyone is shaved these days. On the endangered species list.

In summary, any skin to skin is some risk. Add her fluids, adds risk. Add her fluids to the head of your penis - adds risk.

SS, like all activities here, require personal choice, so I don't judge yours. But I do expect providers to adhere, somewhat, to a level of conduct, which is one reason I'm here and not on BP.

I'd avoid a provider with a lot of high risk behaviors such as : VERY high volume, goes bare back, partakes in life activities we don't discuss here, has an active manager (ahem as in on site management) etc. Just like reputable ladies avoid men with reputations for pushing for some of this stuff.

I would HOPE that if a lady, or man, had HIV or herpes, that they would seek out people already w/ that to participate with. Although I HOPE that, I know it would only take ONE bad apple to put a community at risk - if that community didn't practice safety. Therefore, I ALWAYS assume my partner in the hobby (and for that matter outside) may, knowingly or NOT, have HIV or herpes. So, I'm careful.

I hope you are all to.

Heh. I'd like to hear some other guys chime in on this. This is not my experience. In thirty years only two providers offered me BB. One was a provider who was my girlfriend - and the other was an amateur Russian lady who only "dabbled" in escorting and got carried away in the moment when a condom broke while putting it on. She was like "I don't care about fucking condom fuck my brains out!" LOL - she was funny ... I just grabbed another.

EDIT: Wait ... I just remembered that back in the '80's ... EVERYTHING was BB in the Philippines. I only went there once, and picked up two ladies in the bars. I don't really count this since, that was just the way we did it back then. The PI hookers would actually laugh at you if you asked about a condom.

AIDS: Required blood level fluid exchange. Not a risk in a good SS

This is true for Hepatitis C-NOT TRUE for HIV. Per the AIDS.GOV website:

How Do You Get HIV?

Certain body fluids from an HIV-infected person can transmit HIV.
These body fluids are:
  • Blood
  • Semen (cum)
  • Pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum)
  • Rectal fluids
  • Vaginal fluids
  • Breast milk
These body fluids must come into contact with a mucous membrane or damaged tissue or be directly injected into your bloodstream (by a needle or syringe) for transmission to possibly occur. Mucous membranes are the soft, moist areas just inside the openings to your body. They can be found inside the rectum, the vagina or the opening of the penis, and the mouth.

So if you have a microscopic tear, nick from shaving, etc. on your dick or pussy the virus can enter your body and infect you. If you get infected vaginal fluids in the opening of your penis you can catch HIV. I would think it would be almost impossible to avoid getting vaginal fluids on the head of your dick while getting a stripper slide.

The herpes virus can also be spread through viral shedding when there is no visible outbreak present.

Wow I didn't know breast milk.

thanks 1TB,

Note some more clarity:

--- hsv can be on any part of a body...not just genitals and mouth.

--- germs (in general) can enter the human body through hair follicles. Usually, follicles are fairly "germ tight" for lack of better term but if a follicle is irritated or inflamed for any reason, germs happily enter through there.

I can't right now...but I want to try to find a certain document prepared by the government on immunizations. I'm not a big fan of immunizations (mainly attacking the money grab idea from big pharma and lobbyists) but in general the concept is good for those who need them. As a global traveler, I've had about every immunization known to man. I studied them all to better understand wtf was given to me and i found some great data on communicable diseases.

Scary data actually....data like how long some hep germs can live on a bathroom doorknob.

Ah shit...i could go on and on but imma go eat lunch.

yes, more detailed, but basically what I was saying "blood level" - not tears or spit (unless u r bleeding in your mouth..).

point is - SS is a risk of BOTH herp and HIV.

"viral shedding" is the term - but its basically a skin infection you can't see - so its a risk.

Esp. w/ someone who puts themselves at risk several times a day....

Here's a good article and should ease some fears with regards to HSV-2.

http://consults.blogs.nytimes.com/20...r-herpes/?_r=0

Again, the ladies take the greatest risk. Infection rate for men is around 4% per year even without wearing a condom but REFRAINING from sex when your partner has an outbreak. Condoms will cut that risk 30 percent ... and anti-virals will cut it more.

It occurs far too often where I'm offered it. If you do this often and long enough it rears its little head. It won't be spoke about much on board but it does occur.

Some reasons I have heard from others and seen personally why ladys tried to offer BBFS.

1. For some reason through her screening practices, she considers you more of a low risk

2. She thinks it will make you more sensitive sexually (cum faster) and less likely for more and frequent msog. Since its too intense of a feeling for most to fathom regularly.

3. She allergic to latex, and doesn't have protection.....yet she still wants the money.........

4. She figures doing it to a few select clients will yield her a possible regular or a few regulars so she can advertise less or not at all.

5. She is turned on to it.

6. She has something uncurable, and secretly hates her job and life and plans to seek revenge and retribution one penis at a time...............

I don't care what you've "heard" from other guys. How many times has it been offered to YOU personally, Gimme?
