Relocating advice... Harlingen area
Hi, I'm Jessie. I am seriously considering relocating to the area and was hoping I could get some feedback. I haven't spent much time in the valley but was wondering about areas of town to look into or stay away from. I would like to set up shop, at least part time, if there is any interest. What do you guys think?

Hello Jessie and hopefully welcome to the RGV. I have noticed your ads in Austin with Sue Nami and was planning a trip that way. Hopefully now I will not have to. In Harlingen the nicer parts of town are near the hospital or on the west side of Harlingen near the Harlingen C.C. I hope to see you soon.

You may want to consider McAllen.

GFE, thanks for the tip. I'm actually coming down for a purpose so I need to be in Harlingen. What do they call the part if town where the hospital is? I was thinkin by the country club but I need to be close to downtown.
