It turned out funny regardless of how it was intended. The humor was in how differently it was perceived by different readers. Some saw it as sardonic and highlighting the inherent racism while others saw it as mocking the protesters and any notion of racism. People were butthurt either way without having any clue what I was actually saying. That is funny.
