Ladies with a NO REVIEW policy
Some ladies (particularly those who do massages that are also licensed) have a NO REVIEW policy here on ECCIE.
If you post a review of a lady with such a policy, your review will be removed from public view.
(In order to have a NO REVIEW policy here, the lady agrees to not advertise sexual services on this or ANY site.)
Thanks for your understanding.

So in other words, if they have a showcase and/or advertise on here, P411, BP, etc., they are open game to a review whether they want one or not?
But, if they ask you not to, and if you do it anyway, you might as well kiss all your chances of a repeat visit goodbye, correct?

Very likely. I've seen a few, didn't review, don't like to burn bridges.

I guess that depends WHERE they post on BP ... and the content of that ad.
Based on the timing of this advisory, the service in question was (allegedly) found on BP, but (allegedly) not under body rubs, therefore, the intent of the ad didn't imply nor suggest sexual services. It was further identified by searching the phone number the OP posted.
I don't know about the OP who posted the phone number, but the person who linked phone number to website had no idea about this provider's no review policy. However, I suspect had they spent any time on that website, it would have been a little more clear. Mea culpa.
However, how are we supposed to know if someone has a no review policy? A list, obviously, would expose them ...
IMO, it's a risk when someone with a legitimate service goes above and beyond and provides an extra service. Sure, they can remind everyone touched privately of their no review policy, and I think most of us would honor that, but there is still no guarantee the details won't spread via review, BP post, elsewhere, or even word-of-mouth.
I am, however, glad to see the mods honored requests not only to edit the details, but delete/hide the thread entirely.
This is specifically why some of the local nuru girls bailed when word of their extra services spread like wildfire. When we find a good thing, we just can't keep our collective mouth shut.

Devils advocate view here: so no review = no accountability. Not held to any level of competence due to never receiving any negative review.
Sorry... No review policy, I'll not be considering them.
Just my opinion nothing more.

To be honest, I believe I learned of this specific person's no review policy via a very polite post here on the boards sometime within the last year.
I'm not sure that post is still available, as I haven't gone searching for it.
It is nice that the mods will take care of it if the provider or someone else tips them off. We want these ladies to stay available.
As far as research goes, posting an inquiry in the ML and replies there or via PM seems to work pretty well.

If the lady presents dangerous behavior or a risky situation to the community is an alert allowed?

Fair enough. Just curious: would you consider them if a hobbyist you trusted to be fair and balanced recommended them to you?

What the Crest model said
Also, what if a lady claimed someone else created a fake BP ad as a pretext for writing a review?

Correct. She can request that you don't write a review, but you can still write one. Of course, she'll most likely never see you again. And since the ladies talk, you might find yourself blacklisted by several others.

There are only 3 entries in the Austin area list, so your chances of running afoul are slim.

Absolutely....in fact, MOST of my best hobby experiences have been on recommendations of trusted Hobby Bro's.
My point was if I am skimming ads looking for Ho, once I see "no reviews allowed" I move on quickly. I get that some are fucking around on hubby....or have legit massage or business interests...

I'm going to guess this is a mod-only list?
How would a lady, say a properly licensed LMT, go about getting on this list? I know of at least one who's newish to town who would like to be on that list.

She can email austin@eccie.net with her contact information and a request to be added to the list and request a confirmation. (The email forwarder occasionally has issues, hence be sure that someone actually got it.) Or she can email me directly at ztonkz@gmail.com.
