Both website owners out on bail with electronic monitoring. Eric posted $500,000 bond, don't recall how much for "Maddie"
FBI took over site in June 2014 and indictment followed.
1 count of a Racketeering Enterprise - Aiding and Abetting
24 counts of money laundering for bank deposits for myredbook.
Case is progressing as usual - long delays nothing happens for a year or so as each side hopes for a favorable plea deal.
No motions with any challenges to the law, just usual discovery
11/14/2014 Eric requests lifting of his curfew from 7AM to 9PM and the U.S.Attorney had no objection.
In August, the U.S. Attorney was concerned that in the massive computer records and other materials there may be sexual images including those of minors. Therefore, records made available to defense team can not be copied or distributed to anyone other than those named in the order to protect any underaged in the records.
There has been no direct evidence of any underaged, just hinted at by the police - like maybe - because years ago heard might be...
It seems the underaged issue was great for justifying the takeover of myredbook but nothing related to anything underage has been charged yet.
11/6/2014 - Last status conference lasted 1 minute! Because certain discovery was still outstanding status conference continued until December 4th, 2014
I expect the case to go on another year or so before trial, unless there is a plea deal.

AzenitSmith a KTVU TV reporter is doing coverage of the raid upset when the sites url posted (now just with notice taken over by FBI). On Twitter she says, "Do you really think it's a good idea to link directly to a child exploitation website?"
Miss Park says,"it's not a 'child-exploitations' site. It's an escort-listing site. For consenting adults. Wow.So clueless. Like, do you journalism? Or do you just unquestioningly mouth press releases? Not only that but really, making such outrageous allegations & posting address? Witch hunting, much? "
