I have noticed a lot of provider ads that say "Seeing upscale professional gentlemen only". Makes me wonder....does it really matter what I do for a living? I am not what most would describe as a "professional". I live in an apartment and drive a Toyota. The last time I wore a suit was 6 months ago to my uncle's funeral. So, I wouldn't call myself "upscale". Now, I would call myself a gentleman. I always treat ALL ladies w/respect, unless they show me they don't deserve it. Even then I will prefer to avoid rather than be rude. I take pride in my hygiene, never haggle over donation and show up when I make an Appointment on time. Isn't that what most providers want?

Guess, what I'm trying to say is...maybe the ad should read "if your a rude asshole, I won't see you no matter how much money you have ".

I think the real point is the Provider wants someone who is gentle, lets her control the activities (or lack of same), and is willing to pay her outrageous asking price..

It means she has placed a value on how she wants to be treated and how much she wishes to be paid.

A woman who takes the time to say that is not running a 1/2 hour $80 special and does not want to attract the kind of guys looking for low rent girls.

Subconsciously, I think that phrase will make guys say to themselves "Oh, she only sees upscale professional gentlemen. I want to see her. That must mean I am upscale"...etc. Also, it could suggest she is a woman who does not settle for the opposite of upscale men, therefore she is a chick who has attributes that put her in an elevated level of providing.

Perhaps it is all marketing. She is a Toyota Corolla passing herself off as a Lexus LS.

Perhaps she wants to believe she only sees upscale men, but if the guy begging on the street corner comes up with the donation, she'd see him right before she sees you.

This is a fantasy world and we all get to believe what we want.
I am just living the dream. So many women, so little time.
