Actually there does not seem to exist a guideline regarding connecting a current provider to a handle she may have had in the past.

In all actuality that is actually one of the reasons the board exists so that we can connect girls to pasts they may have had under other names......

All that was done here was a suggestion made that one provider used to be a known by another name......

Unless the provider left under circumstances that required her to do so for a safety concern no action would be taken.

and at most in THAT case letting the member know and making the edit..... But certainly no warnings or points......
