I understand your frustration. But I first read this yesterday and am not surprised by some of the responses you received since then. She was late, but she didn't no call, no show. She was in contact with you and was trying to make her way to the right location. It was your choice to leave after 20 minutes and it was probably the right choice. Her error and lateness already had you upset, and her reviews aren't the best anyways.
But having a teenage hooker mess up and go to the wrong location just comes with the territory when you're trying to get a teenager hooker to come to your preferred location. Your post will help others learn and keep them from doing the same thing.
