Looking for secluded bed & breakfast recommendations

I'm looking for some suggestions on any secluded un-hosted bed & breakfast type cabins/houses anywhere between or around Houston and New Orleans. Basically, I'm hoping for a little privacy where "playing" won't easily draw any unwanted attention (in other words, I don't want other guests or homeowners in the house). I'm also interested in hotels that are very friendly to the naughty lifestyle. I understand that The Saint in NOLA is a fun place to visit.

The Dive Inn has themed rooms and has a big pool and hot tubs which are clothing optional......I have been there for swinger parties and it is cool!
