I don't think the car is a very good analogy. A luxury car is more like a trophy wife, you pay for it every day but eventually it becomes just another ride.

I believe the restaurant is better. A hdh is like fine dining, they're really good on occasion but I wouldn't do it every day. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants where I get a great meal for a reasonable price. Those are the ones I frequent. Also, if you can't afford the fine restaurant, don't go.

Only a fool blames the patrons of the high end restaurant for the prices on the menu and that they'll lower their price if they shame the customers enough.

In line with what you are saying, perhaps there is another way of examining this issue, and delinking it from the pure "price". Is it useful to consider the whole package, the provider, as an entrepreneur, running a small home-based business? Then, the long-term patron satisfaction and retention can be a major factor for some, or NOT.

If the former, I have noted elsewhere, some of the most loved and longest running restaurants are renowned for the attention they pay to their patrons, the sense of inclusiveness they foster. This approach of price alone is precisely the wrong way to approach the business, leading to the term "meretricious", a most pejorative adjective.

Would it be absurd to consider this a highly personal business where some or amny patrons seek as much emotional nurture as the physical? Perhaps many do not, but even those who are sadistic and want to treat the providers as meat, are getting their emotional needs and shortcomings met by that very process. So, the psychological aspects are inseparable from the physical.

Providers can ignore these and become a short-term business only, a flash-in-pan, grab & go mode. That too is a legitimate ploy, and there is no reason to not be upfront about it. For such, pricing is the only aspect, and price vs. volume and target audience are the only metrics that count. There is no question of enduring loyalties to any values, and ultimately, not even ot oneself, owing to this terrible shortsightedness!! That is the BP mode, n matter what the price/hour, even 10K as we saw in the Spitzer case. Money is evanescent in the sense that what comes easily rarely endures.

Then there is the courtesan or even the sacred hetaerae mode, where relationships and enduring loyalties are cultivated. It all depends on the type of soul one is endowed with, perhaps, or how one chooses to express the potential one is gifted with?

Ladies should charge as they see fit especially considering overhead costs. My donations are all different based on prebooking, hassle, repeat, regular, location, roleplay, bdsm, fetish, duo, solo, frequency of visits, distance driven, newbies, requests, fc, toys, and so on. Those that prebook well in advance, NEVER cancel, see me religiously, just like gfe, and have seen me for more than 4 years have a very diff asked for donation than joe blow newbie that I have to screen and dress up specifically for with a laundry list of wants and needs. My donations are generally between 160h-300h which is all depending obviously on date type and location.
Time is money so those that save me screening time (repeat, regular, or someone who writes reviews that sends all screening info in first contact) get specials. Unless I have enough prebooks to cover travel expenses and make profit I wont make a trip so those that prebook get specials.

The most I paid was 400 and it was ok, she was beautiful but full of herself, done a couple for 350 and they were ok too but honestly the best ones I remember were 200 or less. I had a duo the other day for 300 and it was great! Review to follow. I have a UTR lady that I give 120-150 that gives me all I want. So at this point I wont go over 200. If I had a bigger budget then maybe but.....
