MB that seems like a very reasonable approach to me. I've been on the disappointed and waiting side of NCNS several times, and it's terrible. Waiting in a hotel you've paid for makes it expensive and terrible. It's just good business for you. I wouldn't buy a room until my date showed up either.

It's rude and annoying. If I flaked on someone they'd run to the men's lounge and bitch about me. Very disrespectful.

Don't get me wrong, the hotels I get from Priceline are awesome but not when I live right down the road and could be spending my time doing something more productive.
