Fairly often, I hear, "You have a nice cock, bigger than average". I usually reply, "I wouldn't know. Guys don't stand around in showers comparing cock size." I also suspect cock size, referenced in any number of ads, is over-inflated (pun also intended). So, how do you measure a cock? Have to admit I've always kinda wondered. Take a tape measure and start at the base? And where IS the base? Measure on the top or on the bottom? Start where on the bottom?
