Hey everyone,

Well, I will start off by saying that I have joined this forum and got my employment verified through p411. Everthing seems to be a go, right? But, honestly, it hasnt been that easy for me lol. There are only a hand few of newbie friendly providers and I havent gotten back many feedback. I don't want to be a bug a boo and pester the same ladies over again to see if they got my date requests or not. Any tips on what if should do or if anyone else had a little trouble trying to earn referrals, I am all ears to hear their side of the story. One thing I dont want to do is go on backpage. Thanks

Yeah man. It's a tough thing. You can't get references without seeing someone. You can't see someone without references. I was kind of lucky with the lady who popped my hobby cherry in that she basically screened using P411 and by playing hard to get. I never thought it would happen, but here we are.

I don't know what city your in so I do not know how many providers you have available that are only on ECCIE-P411 or UTR. Look thru the reviews and ads here. Send them a PM and tell them your new, would like to see them, what do you need to do to meet thier requirements. If there phone is in the review or ad call direct. Be kind. They need to be comfortable knowing whom your not, more than whom you are. Don't mention any activities or that you are the (upside down Daty champion) All your looking for is a date. What happens during the date is between you and your date. If they don't answer then move on to another. Some will say they're not newbie friendly, some say they are and some won't say either way. I have found over the years asking for a date here is no different than asking someone from a grocery store. Be kind and be a gentleman, be honest. If they don't contact you don't take it personal, move on to the next. Remember we all started at zero once. Another piece of advice that may be to get out of your box. If you only like blonde spinners under 25, you may limit possibly to get started. Your trying to build a resume. Once you get that first job done, you're on your way.

You ask a good question and in a good place. There are many here who can help.

Dovetailing on the good thoughts of Sonoman, here's my advice.

Get very involved in the community. Let the board and the ladies see your personality. I got my start years ago on ASPD by making friends with a veteran hobbyist. We exchanged a few posts, then a PM or two, then we met for a drink in a nearby town. Then he set me up. Then I had a reference. Once you are in, protect your reputation because these ladies have memories and back channels.

On your sessions, be prompt, clean, respectful, sober...and don't overstay or negotiate prices. And tip if you have a good time. Wine and flowers MIGHT be appreciated...but cash always is. Later, send a quick thank you text, don't ask her to chat back and forth unless she offers, and give a good review if she wants it (not all do). When you schedule, keep your word. Remember the risks these ladies take when they open the door to a new gentleman. It must be scary.

And finally, when you get involved on a the board, don't be a white knight. The ladies who are worthy of your defense usually don't need it. Make sense? You're going to make some amazing friends here. I've got hobby friends I've had for 20 years and an ATF I've been seeing for 8. It's a good thing if you do it right.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I been doing most of my legwork through provider webpages. Might have to research the reviews here and actually make some calls
