IMHO I would seek a professional house sitting site. At the very least doing a full background check on whom ever you decide to let into your home.

I don't recommend using this site for something so personal.
I say this as I have been violated by a seemingly honest member of this site and had to learn the hard way that appearences can be deceiving.
