ok, so i read the other day that doctors recommend that one bottle of wine every night before bedtime is good for the heart.
i dont know about that shit, but my brain is happy as fuck!!

For one it is a 5 ounce glass not the entire bottle. Secondly its specifically red wine because of the antioxidants in it, not the alcohol. But on the other hand high blood pressure is bad for the heart and stress causes high blood pressure and alcohol has a tendency to reduce stress levels. Take it as it is just remember the more alcohol you imbibe the worse your judgement in whatever activities you do and don't forget about whiskey dick either.
