I hate texting but it is more so because I am blind than it is, to me, a totally impersonal way of conversing. I cant read texts while driving nor can I send them. I can speak and listen to a conversation. In addition to the communicative part, it also allows you to hear what she may sound like in person.

All of the above said, my preference is to contact via PM and then by phone.

I tend to like to keep my hobbying on an impersonal level as much as possible. So, text works well for me. I hate talking on the phone. My phone has voice texting for receiving and sending, so its easy to do while driving.

PM & emails are essentially worthless. Too slow.

Texting is very efficient but has its shortcomings. I too like to initiate via text, but I feel there should usually be some voice contact prior to the meet. The voice is a sex organ...understandable how some may not think so, but when's the last time you heard the Amish sing? Like running Yoko Ono and a cat through a blender.

Party of my affinity for text is the non-traceability...I made some errors pre-hobby phone that created some good habits. But on the other hand, I was going to see this lady who would only text, and she was ripping me a new asshole for triple-confirming a mere 45 minutes prior to the twice confirmed date, as opposed to an hour, and when she wouldn't talk on the phone I said no thanks and bailed. I needed to hear that she could be pleasant.

The voice is important and I'd argue that a lady who doesn't check your voice doesn't screen effectively. Not that I care about that, because my All Time Favorite First Contact is:

I prefer phone/text.
I need to speak to the provider prior to setting up an appointment. I can usually hash out the rest in text. But of course, sometimes you got to text to set up a call. lol

I always call first thing. Granted, I am an impulse buyer, so if they don't answer, they aren't getting my business.

If they sound totally whacked out, disinterested, there are kids crying in the background or whatever, that can usually be sussed out in the first 15 seconds. Terms are the next 15 seconds, and I'm there in 30 mins or less.

I agree calling is the best way to find out what you really need to know. I will give you an example I called Samantha Cream before she was reviewed on here and she was a bitch on the phone just glad I called and did not have to deal with going to see her and find out in person.

I will PM girls who insist on it but I usually have enough info to know what she is about.

Texting is more impersonal and works well with hood rats and pigs not worth the time so if they text back fine if not fuck them you can blow off a couple texts to bunch of pigs in no time don't have to worry about them picking up the call if pass out on the bed. They love to text and will text back sooner or later
