TheNational contacted me via pm with his screening info. After verification we set an appointment to meet the same day.
We met and at the end of our appointment i went to check the envelope and there was a visa gift card. I explained to TheNational that i do not except gift cards but cash only. He told me he forgot his wallet and would go to his car to retrieve the money but never returned. I tried calling and he immediately forwarded my calls. I quickly checked the card and it had a $0 balance.
I am a very sweet and gentle person and am very upset this had to happen to me on my very first week in the hobby. Im highly upset and hope that this thread will help someone else in the future.
Please feel free to pm me with any questions

It is always interesting to read things of this nature. First, this is obviously a cleverly placed ad. One that was posted to draw attention to a new provider. No press is bad press right? And by responding to it, I am in a sense encouraging that. It also plays upon the fact that most guys want to be a hero...or sympathetic to a "damsel" in distress. Especially one as attractive as Alessandra is. Truth is, BCD, i don't have anything bad to say about her. She is a very attractive young lady. However, the details of her post only contain half truths. Im still torn on whether I want to tear apart every aspect of the post in order to defend myself. Honestly, I was very surprised by this. I have been trying to figure out how I wanted to go about it. I did not receive one text or pm regarding this. Pretty strange for someone supposedly "short changed". I don't like getting involved in drama. But if I don't, I come off as "guilty". If I do, well...I get caught up in drama. It is kind of a lose/lose situation in the short run. To add to this, this thread got way off topic and added to the length of it. Thus generating even more interest in it.
Only Alessandra and I know the exact details of what went on. Everything else is just speculation at this point. Again, I did not receive a single text. Since the moderators here aren't opposed to snooping around, it could also be seen that i never received a pm from her either. All of this, and the "alert" was posted in LESS THAN 6 hours for a situation that wasn't imminently dangerous. That is her prerogative of course. But not really indicative of someone who feels like they were "short changed". Which wasn't the case either BTW. It is usually customary to throw out at least one "oh, hell no!!" followed by a "bitch!! where is my cash"? Ironically, I would have been more than happy to write Alessandra a review if given the chance. It would have been fairly positive as well. However, I guess this approach will receive far more attention than just another ho-hum eccie "flavor of the week" thread. Well played...
