email i signed up with - no access

the email I used to sign up with I can no longer access. is there a way to switch or do even need that email to use this site. also, how do you add a avatar pic?

Go to the User CP page. It's on the left under main menu. There's an option to change e-mail address and upload avatars.

You need to have a new e-mail address. I don't think you have to have access to the old e-mail address to change it, but it may send a notification to the old e-mail address. I think it will send an e-mail to the new address that you have to confirm before the new address takes effect.

GneissGuy is exactly right. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation email. If you are unable to change the email address, send an email to websupport@eccie.net explaining your situation and they should be able to help you.
