Hate to burst Lindsay Lohan's bubble but they were called tramp stamps way baaaaack in the early 90s, at least they were in the non DFW world.

You could just do what I do and say I have an appointment with a provider so I need to take my Viagra, do you have any water. Keeps everything clear.

I have never seen the need to explain why I am going somewhere. Most my dates are while I am traveling anyway (but then that's about 80% of the time!), and whether I am leaving my hotel to go to a restaurant, visit a lady, or go shopping it isn't anyone else's business really.

What do you usually tell people you are doing?
I like to switch it up...
Lately I have been telling people that I work with special needs. (Lol!!)
When they ask anything about it I reply, "It can be complicated at times, so I prefer to keep work and real life separate."
They usually think I'm doing such a great deed helping out others who need what I can offer. Little do they know, that's EXACTLY what I'm doing!!
Anyone else? What's your favorite story??

You forgot to use this one. Tell them that you are participating in a clinical trial for a new ED medicine. Tell them the testing period is on certain days and require you to be available to you at the time. Then justify that your donation is you compensation for participating in the study. Then if they follow up and inquire why so often, say that there is a lack of women who are willing to participate in the study so the administrators of the study tend to ask you more often than not.
Finally discuss with them that you have to do paperwork with respect to how well the men responded to the medication with respect to the focus groups. That will really get their rapt attention.

I Tell Partial Truths...
My closest friends & adult family members know what I do, with the exception of my über-religious mom/my offspring. I tell the truth, in a limited fashion. Here at home, I say I have a meeting with a client, or that I need to go to my office. That I own a civvie biz & have an actual office makes it believeable. For touring, I plan my visits around other events & happenings in the area, so I don't have to manufacture a story. Lying by omission is much less stressful than having to make up a complete untruth.

I call work and tell them I'm sick with anal-blindness. When they ask what that is I tell them, it means I don't see my ass coming to work today.

Just leave, don't answer the phone if/when they call, and when you return, say you had to take a ride to clear your head. If the conversation becomes too emotional and seems to be going in the wrong direction, say you left in order to not to take any aggression out on anyone. If none of that works then go in with some book smarts and bore them till they leave it alone.
Consciously and subconsciously human’s behavior is all geared towards satisfying sexual and aggressive instincts.

I have a roommate that is pretty private about what they do when they go out themselves. It works out pretty well.
It's pretty much a "Don't ask don't tell" policy.

Depends on the exact situation, but I often tell the SO that I went to a titty bar. She's OK and understands that, and it covers lots of potential things that might come up.

Well recently a ban of insecure jealous hookers threatened to out me... so i beat them to it. Told my family. They were shocked because im normally quiet and very mellow in person... then they were shocked at the $ i make. My nana totally wanted to get on board lol!! Its a relief actually.... i guess i should thank the bitches... but i rather just keep them on block, ignore their crap and go do what my nana wishes she could do LOL
(btw- anyone interested in a 78 yr old woman? Still has all her own teeth...comes with a sexy diaper) LOL!!
