A 3000% decrease in premiums, lol. How many of you realize that's impossible? Iam not against the Government stepping in to help those that can't afford Health insurance. What I have a problem with is that the program seems to affect those that have always had Health Insurance, and the ridiculous claims the ACA is trying to make.
