Hello Everybody,

Has anyone else thought that there should be some kind of training for escorts or some books available that explain how to do this job? It seems like the only people that are "teaching" girls how to do this are telling them all the wrong things. This job requires skills in many areas like customer service, advertising, accounting...and we have to fuck like champions. So many girls are no good at it because its hard.

So, wouldn't it be really cool if there where some little seminars or books available for girls that want to get in the business? Isn't it a little crazy to think anyone could or should go in and do a job they know absolutely nothing about? It's like if I was walking by a construction site and someone walked up and gave me a hard hat and some goggles and told me to start welding things together and I said ok...not good.

Experienced escorts have gained knowledge that very few people possess. If what we know proves to be useful to other girls, and helps them become better escorts, I think we will have literally made the world a better place.

Plus, somebody seriously needs to tell some of these hoes something before they embarrass themselves and make us all look bad.

The thing is a good "escort" has to be pretty bright chick. If you were a special Ed student in school, you're not gonna make it off backpage. I think a great escort is like a great barber. You have to be good at all the things you mentioned as well as a psychologist, a nurse, priest, part pimp and few more things.

Maybe a Wikipedia-style forum for you ladies titled "A Guide To The Escort Business for Escorts by Escorts" and just make it for you ladies; no guys allowed. Some of the more experienced Providers here could post advice, tips, no-nos, etc.

I don't know the criteria for ladies who join agencies but they are probably guided in some way by the owners so as to not embarrass the agency. A year of training, experience and they go indy...

When I started years ago, I researched a lot. There are slews and slews of websites, books, subscriptions, and guides for screening one can use. Google is a great friend, so is Amazon. In the Diamonds and Tuxedos section, I recall an ex-providers book being shared...I'll look for it and post the link.
