I was a member from 2003 till the end under my same handle. I had about 5 or 6 reviews and didn't really participate in any of the socials except for a few of Satin's how to fuck a stripper leisure learning classes.

Joined ASPD in '04 when I became a naturalized Texan. Prior to that I occasionally lurked on it for a couple of years when I would visit Texas for work. Wasn't as big on the west coast where I lived though. Was in a relationship and out of the hobby when ASPD when dark, so I came back to find it all gone and ECCIE picking up the slack.

When my original site closed shop I joined briefly but that was in Ohio. Many scattered to different sites. When I moved to the east coast nearly everyone was into TER. Old Tex steered me to ECCIE when he knew I was migrating down here.

I was fairly active on ASPD: Austin, Houston, HDH. Lost a lot of my enthusiasm after diamondjohn passed away. I learned to keep this place in its place.

I'm Mr Peabody and I'm a genius.
I shall use the wayback machine and do a screencapture for sentimental purposes:

Of course you know that all the information that ever went onto the internet never goes away, it just keeps traveling around on all those cables, your computer modem just has to know how to reach out and grab the right information as the info goes zipping by at the speed of light.

The internet is the world's greatest copy machine, but the world's least consistent librarian. More seriously, the IA's crawlers only make backups at certain intervals. Something that comes and goes between will not be added to it. It, like Google and Google's cache, will ignore content excluded by properly formatted robot.txt files. The truth is that, while you can never be sure something will ever die once it's live on the internet, it's a crapshoot whether most of it will in fact survive. Data doesn't persist in the conduits themselves, only on the storage media that duplicate it. Entropy is chomping at the heals not only of data storage, but of links and search results. Beneath the salient sheen of content being actively kept alive are catacombs of broken hyperlinks, defunct standards, darknets and corrupted data.

diamondjohn was a Houston mod, and later an admin. I seem to recall that Diamond Jim was an Austin strip club mod.

ASPD
I remember a loud guy named JimEd on the Austin boards.
I joined when CK was the Austin Mod. and the Austin board was a happy
place to be (whatever year that was). That was prior to the criminally corrupt
gestapo empire which Dagwood oversaw. I heard he killed himself over some
type of scandal involving a local hooker, but I was told to keep it hushed up.
Gneiss Guy was a mod under that regime. Kosher was too but he didn't last
long because I don't think he could stand the bullshit of his fellow mods IMO.
The Austin board actually became less vibrant in the Dagwood era as they
pointed and banned members frequently. Very heavy handed.

ASPD.....some good memories. I joined in 2003 and met some great providers back then. My first was Courtney aka love2please, cute and lots of fun. Lori the hobbylady from SA was a wild time. Pattycakes, I was one of her biggest fans. Others I remember were Sherri of Austin, Ava of Amazing, Buttman's Dream, and another I can't remember her name...tall, short blond hair, tattoo on thigh, kyra sedgewick looks...annalovesyou? If only I could turn back time and relive some of those memories....

Showed up here in late '03 from the left coast. Found ASPD and had my first TX experience with Mia of westlake. Perhaps y'all have heard of her?? After I caught my breath I stumbled upon this lil goddess called Tiffani. In the next year I found Shanna, Nadia and a lil hole in the wall called Hawaii Spa in DFW. Just so happened that a nice lady named Happy was there the first time I went.
Are you following me?? I've been very lucky in this hobby.
The following year I added this cute lil Latina named Super Sasha to my regular list. The next year I had to find out what all the fuss was about with this Mia Moore chick. Added her to the group as well as this upstart interloper from Dallas named DoubleDutch.
Anyway, I owe alot to ASPD, All of my best girls came from there. The best Eccie has given me is a reconnection with one of the ladies above who I have had an UTR thing going for the last 3 years. Other than that, it's been pretty dry here with the notable exception of Mandi May and a very few others.
