I wish I had read this last night because I ragged her about the Yahoo message in Longview today. She hasn't any thing against black vehicles because we drove to San Antonio in my black PU last Halloween.
As a side issue she will give her hair to the Cancer Association this May. I have never been with a bald woman so I will have to check it out.

Edit
I missed a page

I have knowlege of the incall location and i can see why she was so firm with everything

She was probably trying to save your car from getting towed there is limited parking at that complex and in the past i have seen several people get towed by the nickle and dime crooked towing company that the complex has in their back pocket.

Guys that place is small not one of those complexes with several buildings... there are only 10 visitor spots for the whole place.

I didnt get the email but now that i know the location i can understand her concern.

A wandering hobbyist could stick out like a sore thumb there

Sorry, but no. It was clearly marked Visitor and many open spots. And if that was her concern she could have said that but instead she had a little hissy fit.

I have received numerous PMs from other guys who had similar experiences with her.

The simple truth is she needs to get a new job or remember to take her meds.

I agree it could have been handled differently, not a huge deal to cause all of this for sure.

I wasnt there all i was trying to do was shed a little light about my knowlage of that location.

If i did not see you park the only reason i would ask you where you did park would be to make sure you were in the right spot and not be towed.

Now that the provider has been named and having been there myself I can understand her concern. The place she asked me to park was the closest to her door. There are several ladies that go ballistic on here when you communicate with them.

She is not on any of my lists, then as a neutral comment Id say that it would be more beneficial for her business to offer an apology to the guy rather than coming back with a rant ... That would be very damaging ...
My 2 cents

"Apparently I was supposed to wait until she told me the apartment number before I got out of the car so she could see me get out."

It's not so much where he parked but she wanted to see his car and him before giving the apt#. A lot of red flags on that one.

I've had sessions where I was told where to park (visitor) section, sometimes instructions like don't back in...all of that is fine. There were signs at the location indicating all that as well. No problem there. Sometimes I parked on the street if available and walked into the complex, that shouldn't be a problem either.

But when someone acts crazy because he violated some unwritten rule, that is a red flag for the guy. Best scenario, she was having a bad day. Worst scenario, she wanted more ID info about the guy. Either one of those would have me heading for plan B.

Based on why the topic started, more specifically her reaction to him, not sure you're dealing with fully logical person here. I normally find the term "hooker logic" offensive because many of these ladies are VERY smart but think it applies in this case.

There are two sides to every story. If TP wants to share her side, then she should.

IMHO, I think both parties were scared out their wits. With that being said, it's always a good idea that both parties establish some form of trust and understanding before communication even goes offline.

In essence, effective communication is always key and certain protocols should always be followed when dealing with people period.

Hell, the pizza man doesn't even go anywhere without the apartment number and he doesn't even visit *some* apartment communities after 9PM.

I am confused because when I contacted her the night before I met her the first time I was given instructions to park near the dumpster and give her a call. No I guess that was the second time because she had a different incall the first time. I am NOT a white knight but I did spend two days with her and never had a complaint. This is all just a failure to communicate.

Even in a miscommunication scenario, customer service should be priority one ...
Look at Apple ... aside from an excellent product, their customer service goes above and beyond and that is what makes those companies great ...
I used to work for a successful transnational and one of the mottos was: The customer is always right ...
Tell me when a waitress argues with a customer about their food? Never ... even when the issue is created by personal interpretation or is subjective ...

If Truly Pasion had explained the reasons in a nice way instead of going ballistic giving him a come to Jesus talk, the story now could have been very different BSB ...

This has to do with emotional intelligence and a capacity to deal with conflict management ...

+1, But don't forget that even though the 'customer is always right', that business's still have the 'right to refuse service". Which, I wonder how often this is utilized in the hobby world?

+2, I do agree that this could have been handled in a more tactful manner. But then again, look at the reasons why TP (Or any provider) could've got at least a little flustered in the situation - but certainly not postal.

But then again, all of this could've been handled with effective communication, and when its all said and done, a bad attitude will certainly not relay any communication that would have (possibly) helped the situation.

Also true BSB ... you have the right to refuse service if the individual is armed, not dressed according to dress code, or drunk ...
I once had to go get my shoes from the car cause I was wearing Sandals in summer time while going to a club ...
They asked me respectfully to try and get some shoes ...
I did and was admitted ...

btw ... Awesome pics BSB ...
