Treat the women well. Always be courteous and kind. They will return the favor as long as you treat them with respect (at least the reputable ladies will) and do your research so you can choose a lady that appeals to you. Be safe and have fun

don't show up late, or drunk, or dirty.

don't talk about stuff on the phone up front.

Walk in, put the donation down and start undressing a good 5-10 feet from it.

Don't be creepy or make her uncomfortable

If you feel uncomfortable or are otherwise unhappy, walk away at the very start. Once the donation is down - if you walk away leave it.
