Today's society is seemingly becoming based more and more on a persons appearance. People have their own mental versions of what a perfect man and woman should look like. Typically, they tend to be the same, or close to it, as everybody elses. Men = Tall, rippling abs, big muscles, tight ass, etc...... Women = thin waist, pretty face, big tits, etc. Plastic surgery is becoming so mainstream, you can now finance it just like a house. Although I'm not quite sure how they would handle a mispayment. I mean what are they gonna do, come and repo one of your tits if you miss a payment? But I've seriously been considering getting implants. And i finally have the chance to take that plunge, as painful as it may be. But before I do, I wanted to take a general census on you guys' opinion. How important are tits on a woman that you would see? I'm asking because, as a provider, my looks are very important. Plus, personally I LOVE big tits on my women and I know a lot of times guys will say they prefer smaller, real ones, but when I was working in the strip club, they always opted for the ladies with the bigger racks. I'm not talking about some mutated version that are 3 sizes too big. I'm talking about a natural looking size proportioned to the persons body. So what do you guys think? Tits or no tits? You're opinion is important to me considering that, in retrospect, I would be doing it for you.

Get some that fit your frame. A good surgeon won't encourage you to get gigantic boobs.

My own personal preference is for smaller; I like B and C cups. I think ladies with those enhanced triple-Ds look freakish. I agree withSknydiva, proportionality is key. That, and feel... The hard plastic feel of some MMs is a turnoff. My vote is for natural... But the decision on this, like everything to do with your own body, is (or should be) yours alone to make. Good luck!

Thanks for all of your responses and opinions! I didn't expect as many people to put their two cents in, or even read this for that matter, and I'm extremely appreciative. Yall have certainly given me a wide, diverse look on the subject, and much to consider. As far as what they feel like, I've heard that if you get them behind the muscle, they look more natural. That will probably be what I opt for. But I'm only working with a B, and though I'm still somewhat petite, I still have I guess what some would call a sort of stout frame, and I believe that bigger boobs would look great on me, even though people say the ones I have look good already. CC, if you don't mind me chiming in, your breast are shaped quite well. I as a guy go by the rule of thumb, if I can see them, they are real enough for me! I do have information to share with you on the subject that may be of some benefit to you. First and foremost, if you do get implants, great, just make sure it is YOUR decision. Do not do it for anyone else, it is your body and you have to live with your decisions.
The first step you need to take is locating a doctor. DO NOT GO TO SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP! You may live to regret it and require a revision surgery. If any doctor asks you what size implant you wish to have, cross him off of your list.there are measurements that are taken and a calculation done to determine what size of an implant your body can normally handle. They also take into consideration your skin thickness which is important. An implant too large will cause a loss of sensation to the nipple and thinning of the skin because of pressure over time. A very thin skinned person normally shows the implant more.
Location is important with under the muscle giving the most natural feel because the breast tissue is 100% above the implant. The only issue with this location is that sometimes when the chest muscle contracts, the breast is a little distorted. Implants inside the breast do not feel as normal as under the muscle but can be good if enough breast tissue is available to go around the implant.
Placement through the areole usually leaves the smallest available scar. The incision location is not overly critical to future functionality.
Implant types saline, silicon, or cohesive gel(gummy bears) are types used today. Saline and silicon are good options but are likely to rupture at some point in the future. There are tables of calculations with the percentages of lifespan for each implant for any given year after implantation available on the internet. Saline generally has the shortest lifespan with a significant number needing to be fixed inside of 10 years. My favorite is the cohesive gels known as gummy bears. They are made of a silicon gel that does not leak if there is a break in the implant surface. This implant is the only one out there that will likely last a lifetime. They have been used in Europe for many years and are being used by a few doctors in the USA. One of the main people in Texas is Dr. William Adams in Dallas. I think his package runs about 7.5k and he is a good board certified surgeon. These implants can be read about on the internet.
Recovery, under the muscle is a little longer than over the muscle. Either way, with a good surgeon, you should be able to go out to dinner the night of or day after the surgery. Good surgeons have a 24 hour recovery. Your return to normal should only be a few weeks.
