Custom User Titles

I have been noticing more and more users using the "Account Disabled" or "BANNED" as their custom title.

Is that not against the guidelines?

FYI...
The way you can tell if they are banned or have their account disabled is by trying to PM them... if you can still PM them then their account is not banned or disabled.

If it is against the guidelines then should we RTM them when we notice it?

I get confused when someone posts and I see "account disabled", makes me wonder:
1 did that person just get \disabled after that posting?
2 do they only have one leg? one boob? how are they disabled?

It may be that they are, but hit the RTM on the latest post by them so we can take a look.

Are you telling me that Fritz5 (or 6 or whatever) is trying to conceal whether he is active on this site by labeling his account as disabled in an attempt to throw us off his trail?

Geez, how pathetic and what a sick person he must be, not to mention dangerous.
