First of all, I wasn't joking about Guin having cancer. I was simply making light of the fact that she in fact, did NOT have the dreaded disease.

She's stated that she thanked the others who have made boob jokes, yet was offended by mine?

That kind of reaction is pretty surprising. In fact, it almost makes me want to ask what those 'non-offensive' boob jokes might have been. They obviously were made before she received the good news of her results....yet my simple boob joke AFTER her receiving the results is offensive..?

Well, it wasn't meant to be so I apologized that it was received as such.

I wasn't making fun of the possibility that she might have it. I was simply making a lighthearted joke in-passing. Nothing more.

Which is even more surprising; her reaction, because if *anyone* is entitled to joke about that devil of a disease, she knows as well as anyone that I've earned that right.

But that's not what I did nor do I feel that is what this is about. I'll not get into that but will instead offer my apology and hopefully squash this nonsense.
