From there you head to the Grapevine on Maple(funcky) n scope that. Now this is all early like happy hour. Do a swing by Common Table in uptown, The bar at Nobu(the Crescent)Del Fricos Grill, hit the Slip Inn(Ebony) and the Idle Rich on Henderson. The old Monk.Concrete Cowboy(ZOO) and The Loon.
Once you are warmed up and sunlights a burning you hit the The Ritz,Mansion,Crescent,Zaza, and Omni hotel bars hard!! Usually pretty thick at the Ritz on Fri n Sat. .Many other DT spots for another time.
Those are the highlights my friends. Best to do this with Uber for efficiency down there cause the
parking sucks and to cover ground and most importantly avoid DWI. Totally worth the Uber bill. Happy hunting! Let me know how it goes.
