Best thing to tell you ladies that are sick sweat, try to sweat your ass off, if your head and all are not feeling bad try to exercise. If nothing else get warm pjammies on and turn the heat up and sweat. Keep lots of fluids and sweat, cant say that enough. I hardly get all the way sick cause thats what my mother has had me doing since I could remember, and it works. If u can get some sage burn it and sweat.
