You can also go to Welcome Food Center, have them chop up a duck for you, and bring it home.

I used to get this dish at a Chinese Restaurant in NO which was breaded fried chicken on a bed of lettuce with peanuts and a rich brown sauce. Does anyone know what that is called?

Default Peking (Beijing) Duck at Fu-Fu

Why they changed the name of the city but not the duck ??? Can't get an answer. But Fu-Fu is my Go-To for medium price, better than average quality Chinese food. 2 locations on Bellaire.

Definitely agree with that. Reminds me I need to stop in there for some sizzling rice soup.

For duck, I like Ocean Palace, 11215 Bellaire Boulevard. They also have a good dim sum selection on Sundays.
