Exposing John's

I got a text today fron a 310 area code alerting me that I have been listed on the website exposingjohns dot com . My number is indeed listed but as it is a burner without a real name attached and nothing leading back to me, I'm not concerned. They got my number because I responded to an ad via text. I'm not sure how much info I can share since I dont know for sure which of two numbers/ads they mined my number from. How much can I divulge without being pointed?

There's a site exposing providers too. I guess it depends on your exposure, marriage, job etc. Me has to have jurisdiction and a transaction. Don't be extorted. Laugh at all the le and judges cheating on their so and jerking off to porn. You are a normal male lol

Wow, so I was looking a that john's website and what a huge scam. Basically anyone can submit someone as a "john" and then it's up to the "john" to pay for an "investigation package" from $200 - $500 to get their name removed. Fucking scammers.

Had the same text after contacting a few providers with some questions. Looks like a way for a provider to make a few bucks on the side.
Thanks to Google voice, everything is blank and it's easy to change the number.

Those sites are usually ran by men who are scam artists trying to make a buck. I believe it was 20/20 who did a story on them just recently.

They know most guys will pay up because of the whole "he saw a hooker and he's married" thing and the same applies to some providers who don't want their families to find out.

The key is to stand up to them, a nice letter from an attorney does the trick. I had one do that to me 3 yrs ago and my attorney sent a letter and we threatened them back with charges of blackmail/fraud. Especially with it being on the internet, that means its crossing state lines and turns federal.

My only deal is where are they getting the screenshots of the text messages. Can someone explain how it's possible without someone submitting the information to the site?

They pose as a provider and wait for a potential client to contact them. When the client does, they have all the information they need for their "anonymous tip from a third party".

Or depending on the type of phone a provider uses, they could hack into a providers phone and the lady would be none the wiser.

That's why I don't use a smart phone for my work phone.

That's why I don't list a phone number for work. That is terrible. I'm looking more into this.
