Not because it was pushed back beyond the 2014 mid-term elections? ....

can you prove that? or just another talking point?

funny how all the republican congressmen with law degrees, the judges, both federal and state, and anyone that can and make it stick haven't nailed Obie to the floor in a Federal court aint it?

take this with you, thoughtless ..

In 1946, legislators passed the Administrative Procedures Act, which governs the way that regulatory agencies carry out legislation. That law both gives agencies discretion in setting up laws, but holds them accountable for carrying out Congress’s intentions.
“Under the Administrative Procedure Act precedent, the courts can compel agencies that have been unreasonably delayed,” says Simon Lazarus, a senior counsel at the Constitutional Accountability Center. “Those tend to involve delays that have gone on for years.”

and there you have it

Nevergaveitathought is just another in a long line of aginners rooting for failure.

The same kind of attitude that led this congress to be the least effective in US History.

prove it? that's a ridiculous challenge. only 6 year olds come with terms like prove it or nanny nanny boo boo.

proved is a legal term only satisfied in a court of law. knowledge and sense are applied to render sound judgment, that's what is needed here, sound judgment.

testimony by and interviews of various law professors before congress and by journalists have revealed their considered judgment. both Nicholas Quinn Rosenkranz and Jonathan Turley of Georgetown University have rendered their considered sound judgment regarding Obama's dangerous acts. megyn kelly interviewed another law professor this past week who did the same.

Yes. December 2014 follows after the election in 2014.
