I use the same thing for my dumplings. I get the flatbread by Pillsbury. You can use any kind of dough by Pillsbury but you will just have to flatten it out. The key is to put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and use lots of flour when you roll it out and preferably use a pizza cutter to cut it into the slices. Then put it back in the freezer for about another 30 minutes. Remember flour flour flour. Then when you put the dumplings in let it cook for about another 30 minutes. I hope this helps you some.

Thank you both!

The food talk is making me hungry. I made stuffed cornbread the other day along with gumbo. It's not healthy but it's good. I need to make more (yes, I'm weird, I took photos of the process to show someone overseas how to make it). I'm either going to the store...Razzoo's or Houlihan's shortly (I feel lazy... lol)

If you had told me almost 30 years ago when I got married that I would now be single and replying to threads on a hooker board on the subject of food and recipes, I would say you were bat shit crazy. Wow, my life has been blessed, lol! Seriously, I think someone with an entrepreneurial spirit should produce a book with recipes from providers and hobbyists. Me, I would probably contribute by plagiarizing a recipe from my church parish cookbook. You've made me hungry SD2011, so I'm cooking some spaghetti with marinara sauce courtesy of Paul Newman and Skinner with a pinch of every spice in my cabinet.

THN, I just use biscuit dough from the dairy case and I don't bother rolling it out, although you can cut it in half or 1/4s. This is bachelor cooking at it's best, simple, cheap, and quick. So we can get back to more important matters...
