I would not perceive a man's anatomy as pathetic. There are a variety of sizes. If he should be on the smaller side I might be inclined to see if he would like to learn to speak greek, or perhaps "the jack hammer" position. Where there is a will there is a way. Where there is desire there are plenty of possibilities to fulfill both sides even if one perceives himself as inadequate.
