Halloween?

BELLA your costume pic looks like my mermaid outfit from last year... I even had a red wig :-)

...I did think about trick or treating. Maybe in a hot costume, to my fave clients hahahaha just kidding! I can't imagine the look on my friends' faces if I showed up on their doorstep while the SO was home. Now THAT would be scary :-)

I'm kicking myself for not contacting you last weekend. I had made arrangements with three ladies and thought there wouldn't be time for a fourth. . . all three cancelled. This is how I got so discouraged a few months ago.

So far I plan to be handing out some candy at a friends house for a while but would I would love to go out in costume after and perhaps get some treats of my own.

I am thinking about hitting up the costume shops on Friday to see what kind of deals they will have after the holiday. I am hoping to try to put together a few "props" for a couple ideas of my own.

Exactly! The kids you're nice to with the candy and your pleasant demeanor will pass your house next summer when they're bored and looking to do something at 2am with their friends. I look at full sized candy bars as insurance.

I love Halloween. One of the ladies who had to cancel doesn't show her face, so I bought a witches hat with long black fringe all round and some steam punk aviator goggles to hide her face, made a broom from a tree limb I'd saved and some stuff from Micheal's.

When the lady at the register commented on what a nice hat it was for so cheap I responded it was a prop. "Oh, your a photographer?" "Only as a hobby" "What do you like to take pictures of ?" "Naked Women" cut to giggles from the ladies in line behind me. . . "But, at least this time she'll be wearing a hat."
