Men' Clothes
In general, where do the rest of you guys shop for some good quality men's business attire? Dress shirts & pants?
Are some brands better than others?
Which stores are best? What about Joseph A Bank?
Who other than Stafford (JCP) makes an 8 button shirt?

I have got some pretty nice sharp looking shirts from Dillard's. They are a 7 button down made by Murano and come in many different colors and in short and long sleeve if that helps.

Kg men's has nice quality stuff for cheap. Go to the goodwill store on 135th and Metcalf for steals on gently used dress shirts. I've bought $150 shirts there for $3. I think the rich people around there give clothes away for taxes or something. If money is no object go to Nordstroms they have the latest fashions, high quality stuff and the best return policy. If you want to look your best remember always wear 100% cotton shirts, 100% silk ties, and 100% wool suits. Try to avoid pleated pants if u can

Banks traveler series shirts on sale are hard to beat. They claim to be and actually are winkle free. Most of their suits and jackets don't seem to hold up very well after 10 or so wears. Pants on sale can be good buy at Banks also
Agree with hawk, 100% always best.
I have done okay getting suits cheap online at Sierra Trading and Over Stock but ONLY if I know size and brand and cut fits me.
D lot of men's chains do decent sales toward end of seasons. Probably in next month or so.
I will buy off brand sometimes but the staples (blue jacket, khaki's, etc) always buy a brand I can trust. Joseph Abboud held up we,l for me. Brooks Bro is too expensive for the wear. Dillard's brands can be okay, Hillfinger etc.

Jos A Bank is the way to go for value for your dollar! They have an amazing wrinkle free line that do not need ironing, just fluff and hang up. They are expensive on the face BUT they do sales all the time and on top of that do two huge sales a year. One just before Christmas and one around Fathers Day. The shirts are buy one get 2 free, same with slacks and sports coats and suits. Sign up for their email blasts and you will become a fan quickly once you test drive some products!

Michael's is good. N Valentino on the Plaza is good. I also like Nordstrom quite a bit.

I buy all of my suits from Michaels. I noticed that they sell pimp hats in the back of the store with some really weird colors. I don't know who they sell them too, but then someone must be buying them. There are always weird people around.

Agree with TopGun. NEVER pay full price at Jo Banks. They run frequent monster sales. If they dont have your size in stock on sale they will order everything in for the same price.

You must be at wrong store then. But if its pimp hats youre looking for, it shouldnt be hard to find with it being Halloween right around the corner.

I'm considering a pimp costume for Halloween. What do you suggest?

Yes, Michaels - very nice actually, downtown @ 18th & Main. And adding to other's thoughts: Not only will they set you up, they will get you into exactly appropriate for what you tell them you need, and if they don't have it on the floor they will get it. Including custom or unique.
