Question Can't get in chat...

When I try to get in chat, I first get the loading chat screen, then the connecting screen with the blue dots that circle...they pause for a few seconds, circle some more, pause for a few seconds, circle some more, then I get a "Connection Failed" notice. Happens every time I try, no success getting into chat...any suggestions?

ECCIE charts requires Flash. What device are you using? Is it an Apple device? Apple devices do not support Flash. If you have an iPad, you will need to use the browser Photon. Photon is a browser for the iPad that will support Flash.

If your device is not an Apple device are you sure you have Flash installed?

Lenovo laptop running Windows 8 and IE 10. Flash is integrated already, and I double-checked to make sure everything was current.

I did download Firefox, had to load Flash to it, but it does allow me to get into chat. Any ideas why Firefox will let me, but IE won't?
