The GOP secretly changed the "house floor rules" to prevent Democrats from forcing a vote within their party on the Shutdown issue
This isn't the first time they have used these types of tactics. They did something similar with Wendy Davis when she was filibustering in Austin, and actually twisted the rule interpretations to fit their agenda.
I am still amazed this didn't get more media coverage.
They secretly, (without notice to both Senate and House) changed the rules so a forced vote could not happen. Many Republicans have said if the vote was introduced to the floor they would vote to end the shutdown.
This truly is the end of Democracy in this country when you have a party blocking our democratic process (at the voter polls and within their house and senate floor).
Unbelievable: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Jd-i...&feature=share

Yeah, kinda like the the dim-retards insisting the Odumbocare tax wasn't a tax until it had to be a tax inorder to pass muster with the Supreme Court. Take your simpering hypocrisy and shove it.

American's voted our sitting president into office for a second time. The Supreme court upheld the ACA laws. This followed the democratic process.
The ACA was also created through a democratic process. The Democrats are not blocking voting.
Do you just twist things on purpose? You do understand the differences here do you not?

It was the dim-retards that "twisted" things, Stan Duplicitous; now you. The dim-retards swore that Odumbocare penalties were not taxes until the law went before the Supreme Court. Then the dim-retards had to claim those fees were taxes to keep the law from being declared unconstitutional, Stan Duplicitous. So, take your simpering hypocrisy and shove it.

Typical IBIdiot ejaculation. When confronted by straight facts, he blasts into a name-calling tirade. When his lies and spin jobs are exposed he reaches critical mass. Can the mindless repetition and corprophilia be close at hand?
Your talking points are moot. Your lies are tired. Find something new to carp about, Corpy. And this time, bring the truth with you!
Oh yeah, and wasn't it the conservative-leaning SC that interpreted the ACA penalty as a tax?

JB Idiot's identical twin brother, IB cannot respond to a statement without a deflecting name calling tirade.
If you are waiting for IB to make a compelling argument on anything, bring a couple of sack lunches. Otherwise, you are going to get mighty hungry!
We expect nothing different from the Idiot twins!

You're the fucking liar and inveterate name-calling SOB in this forum, you dumb-fuck golem jackass. FACT: nothing in your stupid-ass post refutes the fact that the dim-retards couldn't get Odumbocare through Congress if they didn't overtly deny that Odumbocare imposed "new taxes" on taxpaying citizens, you dumb-fuck golem jackass. FACT: nothing in your stupid-ass post refutes the fact that Odumbocare couldn't have passed Constitutional muster in the Supreme Court if those "fees" weren't redesignated as "taxes", you dumb-fuck golem jackass. FACT: nothing in your stupid-ass post refutes the fact that the dim-retards "twisted" the rules to pass Odumbocare through Congress, you dumb-fuck golem jackass. It's your dumb-fuck golem ass that posited nothing substantive, you lying, dumb-fuck golem jackass.

An answer was given, but you're just too sotted on Odumbo Kool Aid to reason with any degree of intelligence.

You haven't presented a single fact here Corpy, just a number of shrill assertions.
As I said! it was the court that called the penalty a tax in their justification for upholding it. You're squealing about the wrong thing little piggy. So even though we are saying the same thing, you're arguing. Which rules were twisted to get the law passed?
Like I said. BRING THE TRUTH WITH YOU.
NOTE TO FORUM: HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE WEHAD. A GOOD OLD FASHIONED IBIDIOT MELTDOWN? Seems he's due...
Welcome to Day one of Corpygeddon!

You're an inveterate liar, you dumb-fuck golem jackass, and your ignorant-ass once again completely failed to refute a single one of those facts.
"The Justice Department argued that the mandate was a tax from the outset."
Who the fuck does the Justice Department answer to, you dumb-fuck golem jackass? The answer is: Odumbo!

If they did this FANTASTIC! What is good for the Goose!!!! Libtards have been doing this. That is how they passed Dumbamacare and are still doing it. Over 46 bills passed the house and Reid REFUSES to hold a vote in the SENATE on them. Its about time Republicans started playing by the same rules as the LIBTARDS!!!

That was pretty sneaky and clever, however, it has been done many times in the past and didn't break any law. Looks like the repubs may be learning from Obama, and ready to start playing the game.

OMG. LOL. This thread has so many fundamental flaws, I think I lost brain cells reading it (that's not cool, I've only got 4 left.)
I wonder what it will take for the actual people on each side to realize
YES, RETARD, BOTH PARTIES ARE SCREWING US.
Pay attention to EXACTLY what your side does, instead of just trusting what they TELL you. The only democrats I've ever known that actually dug into the REALITY and simple logic of both sides, became independents.

The only libtards that did that was for the purpose of not losing their seat after they lost their primaries.
