Rochester Prostitution Court

New York State is setting up special courts to handle prostitution cases with a more "benevolent" approach. Here is a piece about the one in Rochester:

Interesting read Jack. I think there are some providers out there that would strongly argue they aren't a victim. Largely though, I imagine they victims of circumstances.
