Not sure why this is still raging. Was Trees' behavior while a mod inappropriate? I dunno; no woman has came forth publicly to say so. Privately/posting complaint to owners/whatever, past my pay grade.

Trees isn't a mod any more. He's just a monger with a lot of reviews and a post history. And newsflash: there are so many people who hit up new women posting in Welcome Wagon trying to be "hobby pimps" and "showing them the ropes" and doing whatever else to get more for less that it's pretty much a given their inboxes will be 100% full, always, ever. Because, well, that's how some people play this particular game.

Did Trees do that, with the benefit of mod status? I dunno. Do plenty of people do that without that benefit? Absolutely.

You keep threatening me with "what you have learned" and there is nothing you could learn about me remotely hobby related. So you are digging into my personal life.

You talk about integrity and then alude to personal non hobby related information and what may happen as a result.

That's such a sign of how low you can go while trying to say how above all these claims you are.

Instead of keeping this hobby related you want to take shots at my weight.

That is such week and pathetic behavior for someone that wants to take the high road..

Trees retired before the call came in with preexisting plans to move to NYC.

Whispers: It is also interesting that certain guys here were very aware of this yet all you "defenders of what is right or wrong" are so totally clueless..... It goes to show how out of touch with the community most of you are.

Trees: Whispers you just called most of the community clueless or delusional. Nice. Right. we are all "out of touch" and you are the only one who is in touch?

PLEASE get some help Whispers. Take a vacation. With or without therapy just go. What I learned about you, Sir is a whopper. RSO. If you decide to fan these flames, it will end more badly for you than Trees.

Allow me to attempt to insert some caution here for all involved herein.

Many of you have called for the "to be over". Several of you have blatantly "hijacked" this thread.

Some advice....if you want this to be over, stop posting in it. Methinks that you talk out of both sides of you mouths when you are posting away and calling for cessation all at the same time.

The next "hijack" will be rewarded with sanctions. It is just that simple.

As Whispers states, this is an Information board and as long as the information or the posts are within the framework of the posting guidelines set forth by the owners, we are obligated to allow it to run it's course.

I consider both of the protagonists friends and have nothing to say regarding the subject at hand. Some of the recent comments do require me to issue the following warning and reminder for 19Trees:
#5 - Outing or threats of outing are taken seriously. Membership here is anonymous and for the privacy of our members it will remain that way. That means any effort or attempt to connect a person's real world information to their username on this board will be dealt with swiftly and harshly. This includes real names, employment, medical info, addresses past or present, images, criminal or driving record, etc. We expect everyone who participates here to respect and go to great lengths to protect the anonymity and privacy of one another. Reckless disregard or accidental outing will also be taken very seriously.

If what you are inferring that you discovered regarding Whispers is RW (real world) info, it needs to stay there. I will not issue another warning.

Alright, kidding aside. A few serious points.

1. Trees has in no way threatened to reveal RW info about Whispers. And I'm about 99.19% sure he never would do that.

2. My suspicions of Whispers intentions started soon after he returned when he started a thread entitled "what did I miss" with an invitation to PM him with any issues he can "make better." He then started another thread entitled "open thread that will never be closed" or something to that stupid effect with basically the same concept of trying to get everyone to air dirty laundry. When neither of those threads really took off he started this thread (threat?) about Trees. And up until now it has been nothing but threats. This reeks of a person who has nothing better to do than stir up trouble where there is none.

3. Whispers has not had 1 single provider substantiate his claim. Not 1. Trees has had 2 ladies step up and vouch for him. And most ladies here are not active on the board and probably don't even read the coed discussions, if they did I'm sure there would be more.

4. Whispers made insinuations that Karla (who vouched for Trees) was helping him cover something up with his "interesting timing" comment about her post. In fact, the review Trees wrote several months ago substantiates her comments about Trees respecting her time. Unless Trees traveled back in time and wrote that review it's a pretty strong statement about Trees being respectful of the ladies' time.

5. Whispers assertion that MOST ladies in the hobby are not strong enough to stand up for themselves I think is incorrect. I'm sure there are some ladies here that would be true of. But not most. Not from my perspective. I have a small sample size, but EVERY lady I've met here seemed very strong willed. And weren't the type that would let someone push them around like this. I think you discredit a lot of the ladies here when you say those things. Or when you say they all have "daddy issues." Again, for some yes, but not all and not even most from my viewpoint.

Add it all up, and my opinion is that Whispers came back with the sole purpose of stirring up trouble. He may be obese. But I think he's actually very small and insignificant. And trying to validate himself by destroying someone's reputation.

Why would he make reference to digging into databases and learning different things in a public forum that have nothing to do with the topic or the hobby at all if not meant to try to set forth a veiled threat? You will find that line of comment from him in regards to the female that use to live with him as well.

Threats? I made no threats. simply posted the topic of discussion on several sets of lips.....

You seem to leave out the possibility that the "What did I miss.... PM me" thread actually yielded a lot. The thread was never going to pull much in the forum...... but it generated a variety of informative PMs

You missed the point. I had not posted any of this and there had been no open conversation that this was to be about time being taken advantage of or discounted rates yet that comment was in the middle of her vouch. If it did not strike others as slightly ahead of the curve then... well... I would have made no such comment had it come AFTER the post with the review of what's going around.

Well.... You haven't been around as long or sampled the numbers I have. I posted over 500 reviews over the years and had a close association with a Houston Agency for over a year interacting regularly with just about every girl that worked during that period..... Throw in a few hundred socials and parties over the years and countless friendships..... My sample size is a good bit larger. One point I will make via PM.... Check yours.... But I will stick with my opinion that most woman are not strong enough. They have too much to worry about, mainly their livelihood but there is a lot more to it.

You are entitled to an opinion and over time perhaps it will change.

For 13 years I've been about information..... keeping it out there for everyone to access and make their own decisions..... Sometimes that rocks the boat....This wasn't personal..... I gain nothing from it........ I had no ill will towards Trees..... I met him one time at Twin Peaks and others were present...... Nothing remotely like he described in his fabrications was discussed at the time......

I've posted what a lot of people were talking about off the boards because it seemed rather serious...... If this has destroyed Trees reputation then it is because there is enough truth in it that others see it. After all. If I am small and insignificant none of what I have to say matters does it? Sp how can it be both ways?

I think you are incorrect though in how people tend to see me in regards to information I post. I think far more people tend to find what I have to say to be credible even if hard to accept at first. That comes from consistency in the accuracy of the information presented. I make a mistake here and there but for 13 years I have been highly accurate and consistent.

Trees and I have exchanged a few emails and gone back and forth about whether to meet or not. I am open to it and will discuss it if he likes as well as how to resolve all this and wind it down.

One of two things has occurred.......Either Trees has committed some level of these assertions OR Trees is the subject of a well orchestrated attack that involved a number of VERY credible posters feeding this story to me for the reason of having it posted by me.

I cannot post the contents of PMs or the names of members that PMd me..... I cannot post the emails or names of who emailed me. If Trees wants to find a MOD that would like to take a look at my PM box for the purpose of verifying that none of what I have posted is fabrication and that it comes from multiple people, both make and female, perhaps it will cause this to take on a different light. Anyone verifying it would have to acknowledge that these are not fly by night members that lack credibility..... All of their tenure here tends to rival most active posters..... I wondered more than once if in some way someone might be playing me as I was also a bit on the disbelieving side the first time I heard it.... It just kept building and each person to discuss it added to it and the story never changed.

Anyway. I'm not adding anything to this for now. I will respond to comments like this and address them as I always do.

Perhaps Trees and I can grab lunch at Bone Daddy's. They have a sandwhich called "When Pigs Fly" which tends to belong in this thread right?

Why would there need to be any meetings of these providers who were allegedly wronged? Just jump into this threAd and offer up some semblance of support to these allegations. ...something...anything...

I just find it especially peculiar that a FORMER Mod, who is on his way out-of-state could *still* have the kind of mind-control and is *still* striking fear into and over these alleged wronged providers that they'd be so reluctant to step forward and co-sign Whispers claims.

Especially peculiar because from this perspective, IF the allegations are true, then a Mod abused his position and basically, the gals envelopes were shorted. That's what it boils down to, doesn't it?

And not one of these gals stepped forward yet?

Whispers speaks the truth in these posts. I heard stories about this information before it was even posted on the board. This is not a witch hunt, there is evidence to prove the claims, but it is the individual choices for them to speak publicly.

As far as the provider side- MEN, for a half a second, put yourself in the mind frame of a new provider(which most of his reviews were during his trip to Modtardville), think scared of everything, hesitant to make the wrong move, trying to establish a good reputation, and looking for guidance from seasoned hobbiests..... Then you get wronged, but you have so little experience that you don't even know you were wronged, or to you it really just doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. Once you figure out you have been wronged, you think that no one will believe you because of his stellar reputation on the board and position of authority. Eventually you figure out who you can trust and who you can turn to with problems. And this is how threads like this come about.

The stories I heard, along with other people obviously hearing the same, murmurs from the ladies, the fashion in which Trees resignation was accepted(without replacement and knee jerk decision), along with trees loosing his cool and threatening another member of a SHMB, should be enough for all of us to draw the same conclusions.

If this was purely slanderous don't you think the MODS would have gotten a million RTM's and shut it down? It's even teetering on the edge of nasty and it's still left to work itself out..... That speaks volumes!

In the end it's about the principal of having power and choosing to wield it appropriately, I would hope that we all have a certain criteria for our MODS and hold them to a higher standard than average members.

I am not. I, as whispers does, have a strong want for information to be had, and people that do things that aren't right to be called in their actions. Simple as that.

Whispers is being put through the wash because he chose to speak up, I just want people to know that these claims are not out of malice towards Trees, but from providers. No other ladies have chosen to speak up, and that's completely understandable.

Hopefully my posts will encourage more women to post and the public at large can become more informed.
