You would think this would be a pressing issue, I would give it till the end of this day, anything longer is just BS.

The other thing to consider is he may have second thoughts, maybe he doesn't want to play doge ball with you, you might intentionally go for a head shot

This is of interest to me. Mods have control over what we post, how we post, and can hand out points without out explanation. I am always interested in this topic.

Furthermore ECCIE is about Information Exchange, usually it is related to provider/hobbyist but now I would like to see some Information Exchange about how mods can be toppled by someone so powerful on this board but we don't know who it is.

Trees is in no way affiliated with LE, nor have friends who are. Even if Trees did, maintaining discretion and keeping RW-ID "secrets" is and will always be sacrosanct.

Trees knows of no active LE investigations that target our Community, although Trees in no special position to know about it if there were. Nor was curtain ever fully pulled back enabling Trees to view/question/converse with the the Wizards of Oz who own and run this site; only their handles and the local Members of have their ear (versus ire). Knowing a score of power-holding-handles, a few first names does not an insider make. Whispers and others (who are insiders? Whispers? those who know who Oz is, pulling the handles behind the curtain?). Clearly they talk. Cooperate? Coordinate? Trees does not know or care much. Why? Because Whispers (and many others, seems) grossly overestimate the power of modtardary. And there are other reasons, like moving on...

Trees clicking heels, saying no place like home with plans to leave Oz and go back to reality, to work. Memories will remain of course. Good relationships will endure. Passing relationships will fade. Any provider (preferred) or hobbyist (with your own hotel) who knows Trees welcome to visit NYC to be shown a great time in the Big Apple... Before bidding adieu, a few specific disclosures:

Trees has access to legal databases and can see discovery requests and motions in cases, and know of only one active matter which is civil (not criminal) in nature. It arises from a rival (strip club owner and former associate now competitor) who has shamelessly copied most (or all) of the database and maligned our masters.

Trees believes that various LE agencies, local, state, national, international - - are paying anywhere from a little to very-close-attention (depending on what they see/learn and whether there is specific investigative reason to monitor closely) ... and it is highly likely some of them are "Members" here. Trees not one of them, nor does Trees know of any handle that has confirmed to be an LE ruse. But they are out there. Obviously we know that our phone companies, cellular companies, ISP's and even the titans of the internet (google, yahoo, MS etc) share our data with the government. Might they come to "mine" it for some reason that might come up in 2015? Trees would never cooperate with any government expedition. Come to think of it, burying Trees in this environment does lid the can. Sealed.

Hope this buries any speculation that Trees might be affiliated with LE. Trees will assume Whispers is affiliated with the ownership or otherwise maintains regular contact with with Wizard of Oz and Dorothy is stripper who cannot seem to get out of Oz.

Well Said..... It is my opinion that as a story the whole getting "targeted by a powerful member for dating his girl story" is simply a story...... Not remotely related to why Trees was let go so quickly.

Trees was always too partisan of a mod in my view. I still prefer Sixx, I thought he was fair.

Before becoming a mod, Whispers seemed to know the nod had been made. Immediately upon becoming a mod, Whispers informed Trees (in writing) that he will provide oversight functions and could be a best friend or worst enemy.

Trees had pleasure to meet Whispers once who is a very large man who makes a very large presence wherever he may happen to sit. And has decided (either upon his own initiative and.or on behalf of his fellow shareholders/masters?). Whispers made it clear that it is sensible to share information with him and potentially fatal (as mod) to not do so.

Trees elected NOT to report regularly to Whispers. Whether or not he is an owner or affiliated with our masters, Trees can only suspect not confirm. Trees did not care and elected not to feed his Whisper's voracious appetite and this appears to have contributed to the way things unraveled for Austin's Leafy Mod.

Trees takes full responsibility for all of his actions and omissions and remains honored to have served the community, but the masters and their fetches increasingly are looking petty and vituperative.

Ho well. Hope peeps chill the fuck out. Unlikely they will but ain't no crime in being hopeful (holding nose).
