The first time I heard of anything like this, someone was taking duct tape and creating an opening by taping the plastic strands of an outdoor chaise lounge, allowing a guy to lie face-down in the lounge and have himself attended to from underneath.

This takes it one step farther. Does anyone know of any providers who have similar equipment, whether designed or jerry-rigged?

Yeah, that's what I thought. The height of the table they're using at the porn site looks like it might be uncomfortable for the female at times. The chaise-lounge idea (with sheets to keep the straps from sticking to you -- that would be a bit offputting) struck me as cool at the time not just from my perspective, but from hers, too, for the distance (and her comfort and your experience) could be pretty easily manipulated with pillows, cushions, etc.
