In California Governor Jerry Brown just signed a bill into law for the benefit of less than 2% of the American population. It has been referred to as the Transgender Law. The gist is that the schools from kindergartin on will allow the students to decide what gender they feel like. If a boy says that he feels like a girl then he is a girl and vice versa. They do not have to provide proof or any testimony from a mental health professional. It is just their word. So this liberal policy will allow any boy from telling the school that he thinks he should be a girl and he gets to use the girls locker room, the girls restroom, and be on the girls sports teams. What happens to Title Nine that other great liberal program? Schools have to spend the money to create a women's sport program if they have the same program for boys. Okay, five boys who get cut from the boy's team decide that they are girls and want to be on the girls team now. The school has little choice. What happens to the five young women who got cut to make room for the new stars of the team? If there is no such thing as female and male then how can you have both women's and men's sports?

What happens in California, stays in California right? What happens if the women's basketball team from UCLA (with five starters with testicles) has to play a game against Texas A & M in Texas? Texas is not going to allow that and Supreme Court here we come.

Back to California...what happens or who is responsible if a 17 year old hormone driven male taking a shower in the female locker room decides that he has to fuck one of the 15 year old girls in the shower with him and does it. The 17 year old goes to jail but who gets sued? The school, the state, the state legislaters, or the governor?

Two liberal policies on a collision course and some young woman is probably going to pay the price. I almost forgot, the law says that anyone who complains is guilty of bigotry and will probably get an entry on their record and sensitivity training.

This is a great scenario - liberals will have to twist themselves in knots to deal with with this foolishness. I bet they will do something like the "family" locker room at the health clubs, where a bunch of secure changing rooms are attached to a common area. Since women and men are equal and women are now fully operational combat marines, I'm sure sport teams will be equally represented between men and women.

I didn't look up the numbers but I think the % of transgenders is way less then 2% the last time I looked at the % of gay people in the USA it was 2.3 - 3%
For some reason I think this problem will take of itself. Any boy that walks into a bathroom full of 10 yr old girls will be thrown out on his ear, no matter what any adult says to them.
