You see, you are not at all unique...even the very tip top best providers have phone issues... I have marveled at the phenomenon for quite some time now. It seems that if you endeavor to become a provider and put up a showcase...a tiny parasite is inserted into your phone thereby rendering it intermittently unstable at any time... the problems will include a number of maladies..."My phone got stepped on...the dog ate it...I was asleep and forgot to set the ringer...I accidentally put it into the washing machine/dishwasher...I'm out of minutes...someone in the resturant stole it..I need a new battery...I lost my charging cord....my kids lost it..it got run over....a plague of Locusts ate it...I can't find it...I dropped it...it's a worthless POS."...yada....yada....yada.. .
Anyway...hope you get yours fixed soon....
