Nah, not really! Just a freindly reminder to everyone that Little TrendyTurd's comments reveals his basic ignorance of all of the issues.

Case in Point: Wisconsin and America are NOT Trending Romney. Yet another FACT JACK!

It stands to reason that if you were so very wrong then, you could just as easily be wrong now!

LOOK AT MEER! Look at mee! Look at MEEE!

You can't get over the fact that you overestimate your information base almost as grossly as you overestimate your intelligence.

But we don't. You're pretty easy to figure out, WhirlyHEAVE!

there's a ridiculous mixture of stupidity, narcissism and hysteria at play here.

it's far more entertaining to see your posts drop like the bricks of shut that they are... I like ketchup too! LMAO!

Oh yeah, and you're full of shit on this topic... "Many Americans..." Is the first thing that grabs the eye. HOW MANY?

Your understanding of how doctors get paid is dismal, yet you blister like YOU know something.

LMAO!

AssUp, all you do is follow us around and rant about our personalities..........

You never offer any substantial arguments; but when you seldom do they are lollapaloozas of a farce like your "MSNBC Is On The Comeback" thread..........

But no matter, just keep up the good work of following us around like a trained puppy dog on a leash.

Feel free to demonstrate your intellect AssUp...pick apart any of these statements:

1. Many people have no insurance; but can afford paying for minor office visits. Not everyone without insurance goes to emergency rooms.

2. Many people have a high deductible policy; so they pay out of pocket for routine visits before coverage kicks in. A cash for service provider makes it much affordable.

3. There is NOTHING stopping the consumer from visiting Dr. Ciampi's clinic, paying for cash, getting a receipt, then submit the expense to their insurance company for reimbursement. This is routinely done.

Or you could ignore the facts and bump one of your old threads as a deflection ............

Hey fuck head, did I write an MSNBC is on the comeback thread? NO! This is what I wrote. http://eccie.net/showthread.php?t=747381

What is this, some kind of sick game, asshole? You're lying, just like your thralls lie. Every time you post a thread. But we ALL know what a disingenuous numbskull you are. That's why your threads are dropping like stones into the cesspool of yesterday's ALL CAPS HYSTERIA!

Personally, I don't give a rodent's rectum what you think I do on here. I fiind that responding with posts about your "personalities" is far more intellectually stimulating than commenting on the drivel you mine from right wing blogs and worse on a daily basis. And far more effective in winning any debate, because plainly, you're a big mouthed asshole, who trends WRONG most every time! No denying that!

Your statements are not statements of fact. They're statements of personal opinion. I'm not saying I disagree with them, but your blanket pronouncements of opinion as fact are more than annoying, they're arrogant and ignorant. Please try and back up your claims with evidence. You haven't told us where you get this information, use words like "many" and "lots of" and "most" without qualifying them. Basically, just your mouth cashing a check your ass can't cash.

I will now give you MY opinions of your HOT NEWS item, personality nonwithstanding.

Many people can't afford health insurance but can afford a doctor's office visit? I agree with your statement. I disagree that a cash medical practice (like an urgent care clinic -- cash emergency center) is going to do anything but drive the overall cost of the health delivery system up. Acute care does not lead to wellness, fewer hospitalizations, etc. And what happens when they get cancer or need a back operation? They are crippled or die. Just like those who have no insurance but can't afford a doctor's visit.

High deductible (catastrophic) insurance? No argument, as long as there's something in place to help those people live a healthy lifestyle that helps them avoids chronic illness. From what I've been told by doctors, insurers AND employers is that the most logical solution within the enviroment that has existed over the past decade or so, is a high-deductible catastrophic policy and an accompanying HSA. That's what many physicians do for their family. If you're self employed, it's really the only workable solution.

Patients have been paying cash and then filing after the fact for decades now. I routinely pay cash for major tests and get a better deal than if I ask the doctor's office to file it for me.

Doctors have been dropping insurance plans (and dropped by them, or "deselected" to use the industry term) for decades now. I really don't know why you think this is such a fucking revelation OR the product of the Affordable Care Act. ALL OF THIS IS OLD NEWS! Like you, Whirlygag.

Like I said, ignorance knows no bounds in the Sandbox.

And you, WhirlyHEAVE, don't know your asshole from your eyehole!

Glad you agree with everything I wrote regarding the pay for services ..........now tell it to Timmyboy who chided that paying cash was stupid because everyone has cheap co pays (or some other reason)..............

Timmyboy is the ignorant slut in this thread, not you or myself.

I don't disagree with those statements.

However, I refuse to accept them as fact without supporting evidence.

They're kind of like "the sky is blue." OK, so? It's ALWAYS been blue.

Doctors have always preferred cash patients. Believe it or not, even BEFORE they had insurance companies.

Like I said we have no argument, it is Timmyboy who was chiding people who go to pay for services - he is the idiot who doesn't get it................

but i don't get what is "factless" in those statements....
