In most cases if dental remains are required to ID a body it means that the skin has masserated to the point that finger prints and facial recognition is not possible. There fore a visual ID from a family member would not be possible.

they dont get dental records to confirm anything, if they know the name of the person, they dont find dental records....

There are a lot of folks who believe that education and intelligence are synonymous...
My life experience has taught me otherwise. this SHMB is a curious mix of street smart folks and ecucated morons....LOL...I've met some from both groups....

Suffice it to say that there is NO substitute for experience and I get a kick out of those who show up here thinking they know all of the answers when they don't even understand the questions...I gotta say too that I respect the folks male and female that seem to get it right away or at least lurk for awhile before they gain some understanding..

Some newbies are not newbies even when they are...
Some of the "old guard" will be newbies forever....in fact, sometimes I marvel at the fact that more of them don't get compromised...repeatedly....LO L
