Are recent reviews necessary?

I was just curious more than anything. For the most part I ask not to be reviewed for several different reasons. The main being that I kinda feel like what goes on behind closed doors between 2 people, should stay there.

Maybe you and I have different definitions of what, "UTR" is.

To me, a provider that doesn't advertise could be UTR.

A provider that doesn't want reviews could also be UTR.

A provider that does, "hit and run" providing and has a showcase is not UTR.

IMO, being a faux UTR provider does a disservice to the local providers that hang it out there every day. You bounce into town and take business away from them. Not cool, as far as I'm concerned. You capitalize on the local clients' desire to have something different, but you don't pay your dues, either.

Also...this wasn't a discussion on what exactly utr means, it was about reviews. So, go create a new topic if you have a problem with my use of utr.
