I'm formally changing my name from ManSlut to 'Samantha's Biotch'.
But, not so seriously, a former girlfriend once read something to me outta Cosmopolitan that women and men get more turned on when their names are used during lovemaking. I told her men get more turned on when the FooFoo poodle pets aren't in the bedroom when doing it. I got my way, she got her's, everything was good till some DumbAss (me) used the wrong name!!

First, I make the assumption it is "Miss". You did mention a boyfriend and not a husband.
Secondly, I would like to respectfully inquire as to any other quirks that would be relevant in making a successful reservation of your time. After all, first email impressions are critical.
Finally, I respectfully ask that I be allowed to address you as "Ma'am" or " Miss Thom". My sister's name is Samantha and I would not feel right to call out that particular name while in the throes of ecstasy.
