Apparently, you don't.

Personally, I don't recall a carjacking, kidnapping, cop killing, gun battle, pursuit with a running gun battle and bomb throwing, and followed by a "stand off" gun battle with aggravated assault against LE with the stolen vehicle and a "bail out" of a second suspect who fled into a neighborhood in the middle of the night.

Do you?

And I forgot to add that apparently LE had good reason to believe these guys were on their way to another bombing in NY .... (in fact NYPD was pissed that the Feds didn't notify them!).
